Super friendly, came out on short notice. Fixed my drainage issue. A bit pricey, but they showed up quickly, fixed my problem, showed me the root cause and were very professional. I will definitely use Mr. Rooter again.
We randomly lost hot water one afternoon and attempted to place a claim through our secondary homeowners insurance. Their contracted company couldn’t come out until the next day. We tried Mr. Rooter on a whim and they were great! Came out the same day and corrected the issue for ultimately the same price that it would have cost us through the insurance company.
