Extremely Disappointing. I contacted Moss Electric to install wiring for a newly purchased hot tub. They sent an electrician out in a few days to give me a quote which went smoothly. I accepted the quote and that is about where the positive experience ended. My original appointment to get the work done was scheduled for Tuesday the 14th, I got a call early that morning that they would not be able to honor the scheduled appointment due to an emergency call they had to take care of. I understand these things happen sometimes so we rescheduled to the next day, Wednesday the 15th. The electrician arrived on the 15th and began to work on the project. About an hour or so in he speaks to me explain that he has to leave (halfway through the project) for another emergency appointment. So he leaves and we reschedule again for the work to be done.
