It is never a good time for your pipes to burst, but it is really bad on Christmas Eve because there are no plumbers that answer the phone except, Mr Rooter! Branson was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of our burst pipe fast and efficiently! He then helped us with a related problem. He was awesome! Branson and his team did a fantastic job. Diagnosed the problem quickly, found the root of the problem (literally a root growing in our line), and fixed it. Quick in response. Definitely on the more expensive end. Will try to charge you more than original price shown if they can’t unstop the clog and have to bring out a different machine. For example. I had a stopped up main drain line. He showed me the price for an auger fee ($495.00 which I thing is steep) after he couldn’t get it with the auger he brought out the power jet system. Clog still there. Had to call in a camera guy to come assist him. Finally found the issue. Once drain was unclogged try to charge another fee for the other guy coming out and a power jet fee. These fees were never discussed before he made the decision to bring out the power jet or call someone else to come assist. I feel like you should at least let the customer know upfront if we can’t fix the issue you are still charged and will have to pay more if we bring out more equipment from the truck or van.
