We have used Plumbing Plus for the past four years, and they have performed services for us from fixing our water main, our leaking sink fixtures and our water heater. We have been more than pleased with each encounter. Terry arrives when he says he will. When he says he will come, we always know we can count on him. He is always professional and performs the work accurately and completely. When fixing our water main, the problem reoccurred about two months later, and he came to fix it. When we tried to pay him, as it took an extended period of time, he would take no money. We tried to insist, but he would not budge. We feel that we have received the highest level of service when a contractor stands by his work in that manner. We have had to use other plumbers at points because of our home warranty restrictions, and their work has been substandard in comparison. In two instances, I just called Plumbing Plus after the other plumbing companies had tried to fix the issue, and paid out
Terry responded to our call regarding a hot water failure. Showed up on time and was very professional. The price was 30% less than an estimate from a larger company in our area. This is the third time we have used Plumbing Plus. In my opinion they are the very best. Honest, professional, (no short cuts), and very fair pricing. Highly recommend!
