Star Heating & Air Conditioning

We had a 22 year old unit and it was dying on us. We have 3 dogs and it was getting pretty toasty in our house. Star gave us the Best price , over $1000 lower than the other quotes we had. They came out the next morning, got the unit installed even in the rain. Mike and Susie are such nice people, answered all of our questions and heard our concerns !

I felt the need to write a review for this company. Mickey arrived and found the issue immediately and repaired the issue (TXV replacement). If you're like me, you rely heavily on customer reviews, and for that reason, I chose Star Heating & Air as my choice for a new heat pump system in my home based on their overall rating. Honestly, I had 5 companies bid for my business and Star was the best value for the cost. Their crew (and yes, it was at least a 5-6 member crew) literally came out the next day to install my new system. It took them roughly 4-hours and everything is running smoothly now with no issues. NOTE: They were also the most responsive company I encountered in communication as I thoroughly covered all details of the install, product, and warranty with them on multiple phone calls and emails. I had never used Star before, so this was my first experience and it was in retrospect, a wise decision based on the professionalism and integrity they demonstrated before, during and after the installation was complete.
