I've been using star for many years, always good service.

If you're like me, you rely heavily on customer reviews, and for that reason, I chose Star Heating & Air as my choice for a new heat pump system in my home based on their overall rating. Honestly, I had 5 companies bid for my business and Star was the best value for the cost. Their crew (and yes, it was at least a 5-6 member crew) literally came out the next day to install my new system. It took them roughly 4-hours and everything is running smoothly now with no issues. NOTE: They were also the most responsive company I encountered in communication as I thoroughly covered all details of the install, product, and warranty with them on multiple phone calls and emails. I had never used Star before, so this was my first experience and it was in retrospect, a wise decision based on the professionalism and integrity they demonstrated before, during and after the installation was complete. Called a large company to come check out our issue and they quoted an astronomical amount. Star came out so we could get an opinion and they were able to do the job for thousands of dollars less. They were so quick to make it out to our house and fix what was going wrong. Definitely give them a call!
