I waited several days to write this b/c I was furious, so I toned it down. I hired this sham company to do over $19,000 worth of work on my home. They do substandard work and do not want to return as discussed (it’s been over six weeks of excuses) to correct the problems they created. They want payment for incomplete work, and the boss Johnny plays the game; (we have to collect payment for unfinished work, so trust me). I have had patience with them for over two months; they say they will do something and do not follow through. Not to mention, every one of the techs except Johnny has told me they overcharge (they do)! You decide if you want to go down this road. I'm the loser, and I'm done playing understanding customer!
