Jim answered the phone and got to us the next day. Diagnosed, obtained parts, made repair ...all in one day with only service charge to us. He called in serial number and found warranty coverage for parts and labor. Highly recommend!! Service: Heating system repair
Jim was great! Was able to get us in day of and fixed the AC better than it’s ever worked. His prices are reasonable and all around very happy with his service.
Very prompt and quick response at a very reasonable price. I called at least 10 other places, and being the day after a holiday (Independence Day), I only got the run around or sky high emergency hours pricing. Jim answered the phone on the 2nd ring and was at my house in 35 minutes. Jim and his associate were very nice, and explained what was going on with my unit and had it fixed in 20 minutes. I expect A LOT from all services I pay for, and these guys exceeded my expectations while I only got the run around from the other companies.
