I have known Jim for a few years. I have an extremely old AC unit that he has served a few times over the years. Well my heat exchanger in the unit cracked in multiple locations (the last week of November). We got an estimate from Jim and four other estimates. He was by far the most reasonable with pricing. I called him on Friday around 10am. He was done installing everything by 3pm. He is accommodating and quick to action.Very happy and great customer service!!! I called around 9 am as our heat went out last night. He was here around 10 and had the heat fixed around 1. He took the time to explain everything he did and what each charge was and was very reasonable on pricing. I will definitely call if I need help again. My house is a perfect temperature! Thank you! Jim was great! Was able to get us in day of and fixed the AC better than it’s ever worked. His prices are reasonable and all around very happy with his service.
