Unique Construction Services

Unique Construction has always done great work at my home. They are always straight forward/honest when it comes to their advice and quotes for the job at hand. My front porch and replacement window I had done were fantastic and done very quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting quality work. The quotes are are accurate and they don’t add on to the price as the job is done like most other “cheaper” companies tend to do.

Reply to response from owner: In regards to our complaint filed with the Tennessee Board for Licensing Contractors Yes things do come up and change orders do occur. I detailed the events that occurred at our residence in a timeline in our complaint to the licensing board. I included text messages and photographic proof of our claims. I also listed and gave proof to the licensing board of several T.C.A violations. I mentioned Angie's List because yes you do have mostly good reviews and I'm glad those customers had no problems, but you also have lots of bad reviews in categories like roofing and gutters. The point was to warn people. I do not want any other person to possibly go through what we did. We did have to go to court to try to resolve this matter with the end result being that Unique Construction Services agreed to pay us a sum of money in an initial payment and then monthly installment payments. Unique Construction did our entire office build out for Thrive Chiropractic. We are very pleased with how everything came out and would highly recommend them for anything from a new deck to an entire office build. They worked with us the entire process and got finished in a timely manner. Very neat and respectful crew they have as well!
