The folks at Grissom we're amazing. They helped diagnose and fix a problem the original installer came out and couldn't fix the 5 time the other company came out before. If I could give this place a negative star, I would. The owner Jeff Grissom spoke horribly to me and my disabled husband and literally tried to scam us simply based on the fact that he is disabled. I had others tell me how horrible the service/business was, however against my better judgement I went to them hoping I would leave with a better experience. Not only are they over priced, they have sloppy workers who rush through the job, the way they speak to their clients is unacceptable. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
