Pioneer Heating & Air

My experience so far with Pioneer has been great! Max did a great job going over the different options for new gas or electric units. We chose to go with gas. Jeremy Thompson. With his helpers did a great job with the installation. At this point in the process I would have to say I’m very pleased with how everything is going, and would recommend Pioneer Heating. If something changes I will update my review.

I choose Pioneer to have the duct work cleaned in my home. I am so happy I had the work done to rid my home of the terrible gritty dust I was seeing constantly. As it turned out it was Sheetrock dust that was in the HV System since the house was built in 2009. I purchased my home a year ago and could not believe the dust I was having to deal with. I contacted Pioneer, they showed up on time as scheduled and with in a few hours the air in my home was amazingly fresher and clean. It’s been 2 weeks now and I can honestly say my home is cleaner and most of all I’m not breathing that dirty air anymore. The employees that came were great, efficient and professional, they even hand washed and reinstalled every vent in my home! This was a excellent experience with Pioneer and the cost was minimal compared to the benefits of the service I received. They deserved 5 stars on this review. Thank You T Vaughn

Had two appointments lately that were no shows! My time isn't as important as theirs, I guess. On the last service visit my brand new dryer was scratched up by the technician. Called and spoke to the New Service Manager and he wasn't interested in hearing about the situation. The technician said he didn't do it and that was that. Been a good customer for several years. That's a shame.
