I can not say enough great things about this company! Jason, Jim, and David (please forgive me if those names are wrong) came out and replaced our horrible ductwork and added some runs for us, they were so nice and did an amazing job! They are such hard workers and did a fabulous job! I am thrilled to have found Pioneer and I will be a customer for life! Thank u guys for having the best employees in the world! UPDATE: We had Dee come in and do some electrical work and man he was awesome!!! Tyler, Dekota, Steve, and Ron came in and did a ton of plumbing stuff for us also, they are the nicest most professional, hardest working guys I've ever seen!!! This company is beyond awesome!!! They are on our speed dial from here on out! Thank all of u guys for being so awesome!!!!

Had two appointments lately that were no shows! My time isn't as important as theirs, I guess. On the last service visit my brand new dryer was scratched up by the technician. Called and spoke to the New Service Manager and he wasn't interested in hearing about the situation. The technician said he didn't do it and that was that. Been a good customer for several years. That's a shame.

Awesome company. Someone recommended them to us after we bought our first home and our AC stopped working. They did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and professional. We have used them a few times now for anything we need with our AC unit. Max Daniels was our technician and was very knowledgeable and professional. He clearly explained the pros and cons of fixing our issue or replacing our 17 year old unit. We decided to get a new unit through them. Thanks so much! Excellent service at very reasonable prices. I am glad I was recommended to use their services! Will be my go to in the future for any heat and air needs! Highly recommend!
