Been using Chaffee Air since 2008. Always a great experience. This time, our technician diagnosed the problem, installed the part and had us cooling down within 30 minutes. Once again, proving why I never call anyone else. You shouldn't either!!
Our HVAC system stopped cooling air on Friday night. I called the company outside of the working hours to leave a message and was pleasantly surprised that a real person answered my call. I was able to leave a message and got a call back early in the morning. The unit was fixed while it was still cool outside. The technician was polite, professional and answered my questions. I really appreciate the promptness, responsiveness of the team, and work being done on the weekend. I will definitely use their services again. Service: A/C system repair
I've been doing business with Chaffee Air since 2015 and recently had a bad capacitor replaced in my AC. The technician, Fred, was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and professional. They always provide premier customer service and treat you like a friend, not just another account number.
