Both our ac units quit working on Friday night during the hottest part of the summer so we called Chaffee first thing Saturday morning. Within minutes we had a technician scheduled for later the same day. They kept us informed of their arrival, provided details regarding the service needed, and were very courteous! Truly appreciate them being available on a Saturday!! Will be using them from now on. Service: A/C system maintenance
Been using Chaffee Air since 2008. Always a great experience. This time, our technician diagnosed the problem, installed the part and had us cooling down within 30 minutes. Once again, proving why I never call anyone else. You shouldn't either!!
Our HVAC system stopped cooling air on Friday night. I called the company outside of the working hours to leave a message and was pleasantly surprised that a real person answered my call. I was able to leave a message and got a call back early in the morning. The unit was fixed while it was still cool outside. The technician was polite, professional and answered my questions. I really appreciate the promptness, responsiveness of the team, and work being done on the weekend. I will definitely use their services again. Service: A/C system repair
