We were looking for a company to replace our roof. Because of some complicated legal issues, we went with another company but RLI was able to help us through some legal/money issues and helped us fix our problem even though we didn't actually contract with them for our new roof. I can't vouch for their work, but I can vouch for their professionalism and courtesy. Thank you, RLI!
Crew was not polite. Still had water leaks after work was finished. I called Steve several times and left message and he did not return calls. Not sure why your giving five stars Kyle since Colt was the one that told us his company did the flashing wrong on the dormers when he came to give us estimate.
