Smart Home Fix is my “go to” for repairs and maintenance on our rental properties as well as our home! Smart Home Fix repaired rotted wood from beneath a window that hadn’t been sealed properly when replaced a few years ago. The damage was more extensive than we hoped it would be, but they stuck with the job until it was completed. They totally left my property neat as a pin! I’m ready to schedule my next project. I'm very happy with everything I had done to our house, and it was quite alot.From roof on back porch to ceiling fans installed where there was nothing, also floors in 2 bedrooms.
