Genuinely, I don’t know where to start on how pleased we are with Pol’s Heating and Cooling. It is very frustrating when anything goes wrong with heating and cooling within your home, and Pol’s is very understanding about that. Nathan was very helpful, educated, informative and straightforward regarding everything with the issues we were having with our AC and water heaters. In a 2-year old home and ended up having two major issues with our A/C. After the first issue, it still wasn't cooling down the house. They worked with us to return the same day. He identify the other issue and got it fixed. Appreciate his persistence to ensure the units were running properly.
We needed our system replaced and Pol's gave us a really competitive quote with a Trane system. Mark and his team were able to come out quickly and replace our system and install a new thermostat within a few hours. They were very respectful and kind and explained the whole process to us. Couldn't have asked for a better experience as a new homeowner!
