Genuinely, I don’t know where to start on how pleased we are with Pol’s Heating and Cooling. It is very frustrating when anything goes wrong with heating and cooling within your home, and Pol’s is very understanding about that. Nathan was very helpful, educated, informative and straightforward regarding everything with the issues we were having with our AC and water heaters. I normally do not give reviews but Pols is a one of a kind company. Having owned several houses over the 30 years, I have had my fair share of problems with mechanical systems. The worst was over Christmas week in 2022 when our heat went out and the temp was around 10 degrees. Our contracted HVAC company would not respond to our calls for 3 days. I called Pol’s and they called me back immediately. Nathan was at our house the next day and installed a new system the following day. Pol’s provides excellent service for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs!

Pols responded with a same day service. Kelly (mgr) and Nathan (service tech) were so helpful in all areas. Nathan had us up and running within an hour. His knowledge is vast and he helped me with tips and suggestions on what to do ( and not to do). Cost of service was more than fair. Highly recommend using these people.
