The service that we received from Alan was outstanding. Our AC unit failed on the morning of expected 100 deg. heat on 4th of July weekend. Chickasaw AC was able to work us in the schedule for an emergency service repair. Great troubleshooting resulted in the needed fix and AC back working!! Our HVAC system downstairs had been out of order for several years and we were using portable floor units to keep cool. We were fortunate enough at this time to have the money to replace this HVAC. The installers were very professional and polite. They did an extremely well job. We will have to replace the upstairs HVAC soon and will definitely be going with Chickasaw Air Conditioning, Inc again!
