We filed a claim with our warranty company and they assigned us to BHE. John arrived early, was very nice, and knew what he was doing. He genuinely cares about helping people and insuring the problem is fixed. Will make sure to request them again if another problem arises. Service: Electrical power restoration
My warranty company assigned BHE to my issue where my bedrooms outlet were tripping every time I plugged in my vacuum cleaner. What was trippy was that it would only trip on certain outlets in the room, but not others, so it was quite mysterious. BHE was able to slot me in an earlier timeslot that was initially scheduled, and Brandon the technician that came out was courteous, thoughtful, and expertly replaced a part that fixed the mysterious problem, and in the process I learned something helpful and useful.
