I have been using Copeland and Son for several years, as have my parents. They are are honest, kind, and competent. I have never had an issue. We had an issue on the fourth of July last summer with a broken thermostat and I was able to talk to Nathan, who called me back while he was at a fireworks show. I would highly recommend them.

I had two other companies come out to my house to look at my broken AC this past summer (during an extreme hot spell). Both companies charged for a service call. On top of that, they each wanted to charge me an additional $275 to $280 to do tests (diagnostics) for coil leaks — and my AC still wouldn’t have been fixed. I was shocked that my two year old unit could already have coil leaks. One of those companies tried to charge me $270 for adding coolant, which he said might leak out and would have to be added again (with an additional charge). My son in-law recommended Copeland & Son. The office staff were so friendly and understanding. They sent someone out quickly. The technician was very kind and informative. He knew what was wrong immediately. He said the person who installed my unit (only two years ago) didn’t follow codes when he installed my unit. He said, “There’s nothing wrong with your coils or your unit, it’s your supply line.” All of this should have been done by the install
