He met our price, was very honest and patient, and answered all of our concerns. His depth of experience in this business, as well as his knowledge of insurance claims, was certainly a bonus. The job started exactly as promised. Franklin was on top of the work throughout. Any time we called, he responded promptly. He has a low-key, open personality, which was important to us with such a major purchase. The new roof has been installed for a few months now and we love it. Clean up was perfect and timely.
