After 10 years, my hot water heater went out and needed to be replaced. Greenway Home Services were very responsive and timely to diagnose and replace my water heater. Ranel Honeycutt was the service technician who replace the heater. His customer service skills are excellent, his problem solving skills are second to none. My job was not easy. Ranel had to modify the space / plumbing were the hot water heater was to go. He was efficient and got the job done. I believe the caliber of employees make a company. Ranel's professionalism, skills-set, and work ethic bodes well for companies professional reputation. Unbelievably unprofessional team. They scheduled a technician to come repair my AC on the afternoon of memorial day. They decided on the morning of memorial day to call to inform me that they were not going to work the afternoon and they ha to come in the morning. I understand the point , but Im furious that they made the mistake, waited until the early morning to try to change it, and then forced their decision on me. I have to change my plan to meet theirs. I would never choose this company. How could I ever trust them? They won't follow their own scheduling choices. Service: HVAC system repair
