When my hot water heater went out, I wasn’t sure who to call for help. I’m so happy I called Hiller. Jordan Brown was the technician who installed my new one, and he was stellar! Arrived right on time, was super kind, answered all of our questions, and made us feel so much better about the situation. He installed our new tank within a few hours! He was really a pleasure to work with, and I’m thankful Hiller and Jordan were able to help at a moment’s notice.
