My maintenance tech was efficient professional and knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions, completed the maintenance check quickly and left no mess behind! My repair tech on a second property of mine was incredible! Solved the issue, didnt stop when it seemed there was nothing he could do, just kept trying and retrying. Once the issue was known he repaired in less than 15 min. I should also mention that the coordinator did a fabulous job of finding someone on Friday afternoon that became available to service me same day vs having to wait until Monday.
