We needed to have an electrical line dug into the ground and run out to where our new above ground pool would be installed. This is going to mean running a new breaker from the breaker box from the house, trench a line in the ground out to where the new pool will be installed. As usual for me I called and got at least three estimates for this work. I got some surprisingly high estimates for this work to be done that honestly, shocked my wife and I as they came in at nearly half the cost of the pool. Also, the other two companies I called and came over looked at our site, just quickly gave me an estimate and didn't really explain how they were going to route the electrical line from the house through the garage and out to the pool. When Doug, owner of Town & country, came over he really took his time and looked at our site, our garage and then in detail explained how he was going to have to route this electrical line and what materials he was going to use and how he would do everything

After calling a few electrical contractors, I called Town and Country to help with replacing an outlet and mounting box. Doug immediately understood what we needed and was able to come out the next morning to get the problem resolved. He did a great job in not just completing the work quickly and efficiently, but looked just as professional. While he was on-site, I asked him to look at some other work. He actually saved us thousands of dollars by professionally reviewing what we thought might be an issue, that actually was not. He could have easily tried to upsell us on work we didn't need. Doug was responsive to my call and i got lucky and he had a cancellation and was able to come quickly. Fixed my immediate problem moving some outlets around and, tracked down some mystery wiring and addressed some iffy junctions Professional, highly competent, and friendly. We’ll be doing more soon!
