Very unprofessional people never using their service again and suggest other not to they just take money and never fix the problem they keep coming back after a week and said they have oder new parts 2month still they haven’t finish their work

This is highly unprofessional company! They give me the time window 11am to 3 pm and end up showing up at 7:30am. Then I had to provide them with booties for their dirty shoes to protect my carpet. Then they wanted to receive the check BEFORE they do any work. To top it all, they decided to just leave without any communication at all. And after 30 minutes I called the office and the unprofessional individual who answered the phone refused to help at all instead she said they left because no one opened the door for them this is at 9am something even after they have been in and out of the house. She refuses to tell me when and if they are going to come back and then got extremely rude!! After I insisted on a time for them to come back she informed me that they are not coming. So they wasted 3 hours of my time and are very unprofessional all around! I would never recommend them! Service: Plumbing leak repair
