I'm not one to write a bad review but I feel very strong about this. I am never using this company again. They came out to my house to fix a guest toilet, it worked for a day then it stopped working again. We had to deal with the problem for a couple weeks which was fine because we couldn't stay at home to wait on someone all day. So when we could stay at home and wait for someone, the guy on the phone got a HUGE attitude about waiting too long to call. I told them that I think the problem was the flapper, he then proceeded to tell me that was impossible. I scheduled a day for them to come out and they said they would come on Friday or Saturday. So I waited both days and they no called no showed. I then called them back the next Monday to schedule another day, they put it in their system and no called no showed AGAIN! Since then, I haven't heard a word from them. They are unprofessional and unreliable.

Very rude and unprofessional. Showed up and turned on the water causing the bathroom to flood, then demanded service payment for the warranty before she did any work after already causing damage to my house. She then just left the house.
