From beginning to end, everyone was professional, friendly and eager to get job done timely and to our satisfaction. They worked long hours and were very thorough and did great job to clean up afterwards! Randy Pickle even came out last morning to address a couple of our questions, which was much appreciated! Highly recommend.

Put new roof on after hailstorm. They said they would need to come in house at the beginning of day, and at the end, to get up in attic. So I arranged to take dogs to dog spa for a day. They never came in. Not only was that a waste, they broke our Easter sign in half (stuck half in V of nearby tree), knocked a downspout loose, left our yard figurines where they moved them, left one of our patio chairs in the back part of the yard, knocked ceiling drywall loose where I heard them dropping shingle bundles on roof (guess its my problem if critters get in), and didn't run magnet in street where their trash trailer & other vehicles had been parked, so I got to pickup a lot of nails. Hope I got them all. Lastly, when I spoke to them about the sign they asked how much, I said $10, they asked if I had venmo, I said no, that was 4 days ago. They know all the issues but clearly don't care. Haven't seen or heard from them. I emailed them day of job - nothing. Followed up with phone call couple da
