Really should be Zero Stars!! Kristy the office manager totally unorganized does not call back or give the window for service. I waited for 2 weeks while she made up excuses like all the electricians are sick again and was rescheduled multiple times still no service CALL ANOTHER ELECTRICIAN
I made an appt through First American Home Warranty for installation of a new outdoor outlet. i was unaware that I would be charged a service fee as the contractor who came out stated that installing a new outlet was not covered in my warranty. He said he would report back that I was unaware and that I shouldn't be charged anything. First American said the report they received shows that a diagnostic was performed and that was definitely not the case. Now I have a $75 service fee that I have to supposedly pay even though the contractor did nothing.
I had a very positive experience with DFW Electrical Service. They came out as scheduled and very efficiently and professionally addressed my problem. I would definitely recommend them.
