I have an instant hot water heater and they knew all about it. Exactly what to do! Miles was great! Polite, and on time and took care of the maintenance.
Miles and Lane were so great!!!! They fixed the problem quickly, were super understanding, and made me feel so at ease about the condition of my home after the leak! So glad I used Horizon Plumbing Service!!! Also, the lady who helped me get them over here was nice and helpful.
In 25 years I haven't been able to find a plumbing service that I would call back to do another repair but I have found one now. Jose did a great job tracking the source of the leak, and fixing the problem. His communication and professional were fantastic. I will not hesitate to call this company again for my plumbing needs.
