Chris came out Wednesday to review our two existing systems and did an excellent job. He answered every question I had. Then Jake came out Thursday and also was excellent, giving every option and calculating flow of ductwork and where we where lacking. He recommended a new intake in the ceiling for the new unit to receive adequate input. We decided to replace our west side unit with a new Daiken system. The installer, who had been with them a long time according to Phill, came out Monday and did a fantastic job. Wish I had his name for this review. Sergio was their inspector on Tuesday and he was great. The blowing force coming out of our vents is now double what is was. Our contact always called when someone was about to come out. I would recommend Minuteman to anyone who is in need of a new system, and they would have improved our existing one too, if we had chosen to go that route. Mine was 12 years old. Glad we went new.

The dispatcher refused to send someone over to my address because according to their system, they have had problems with nonpayment of services. Shocking. I have never used this company or any company for that matter for AC service. How do you even get service and get away with not paying for it? This saga gets even better. I just got an invoice to help me remember. I do remember now. I got charged $472 for what was supposed to be an $89 tune up charge. I never called them for service; it was preventive maintenance. I didn't want to sign up for their maintenance plan ($13.75/month) and refused the offer. I thought that was it. Come to find out they have charged me $472 for "recharging" my freon. The recharge never happened.

Minute man is an awesome company! Chris and Sergio came out and helped us get our ac running and good to go! They came in and got right to business. They didn’t try and sell us a new unit or anything. They came in and try and find the problem and fix right then! They make sure everything is good and working great!
