Shannon and her team did an awesome job fixing and coordinating all the repairs from our hail damage claim. She worked well with our insurance company. She coordinated with the window repair company and the solar company to get all the repairs done. She was very helpful and knowledgeable providing us peace of mind. James Kate replaced my roof, gutters, and did additional work on my house I wanted/needed. The company is professional with good communication. Crystal was our project manager and she ensured we had a schedule, expectations, and follow up. Want a quality roof? Want a company that understands a complicated process and makes it easy to understand? I’ve seen others. I’ve lived in houses with ok roofs. This company didn’t just tack on a layer over prior underlayment or shingles. They removed it correctly, put on the best material in our category, and the gutter work was done correctly. I have no complaints! That extra work I needed was done well and within budget. I didn’t have to find a contractor, they used their in house contractors and did a better job than I would have done or reduced the hassle if I had to find a contractor and follow up with them; instead Crystal followed up and handled it for me.
