Ruben was the main tech to troubleshoot, service, and replace a couple of A/C units at our Multifamily project in Austin. Ruben was professional and thorough in his work and did an excellent job taking care of our customers. As for 1st home and commercial services, we are thankful to have found them as a preferred vendor for the complex we were working on. When numerous other companies did not work on multi-family or have the insurance to work on overhead units, 1st home did and handled all aspects well from scheduling to installing!

Valve to waterline Ice maker box replacement. Lee explained everything well and made the trip to Home Depot to get necessary items. Work isn’t quite finished as HD had no ice maker box so the valve could not be replaced. Lee worked after 5pm taking the job as far as he could. When making the appointment the office was amazing. They worked super hard to have someone here within an hour and get my leak stopped.
