When the 10 other AC Repair Services I called were letting their calls go to voicemail, Southside answered on the 2nd ring, sent a tech in 20 minutes, fixed the problem in another 30 minutes and did it for a GREAT price. Very happy with the service I received!
This guy want to charge me $125 to write a contract. What a joke, sound pretty shady to me.
I highly recomend Southside Air and Heat. First time I called was a holiday 2015 weekend and my AC went out. I called every place in town and Frank at Southside is the only one who not only answered right away, but showed up to my house within an hour. Frank and his son went and picked up a new outside unit and installed it same day to have my AC back up in running. Frank has now helped me several times and very well priced. I called Frank today around 2 and they were out to my house again at 3:30 and stayed until 7 to ensure we had heat tonight. Can't say enough besides I'll be loyal to them for all my AC and Heat needs. Job well done!
