We had originally been referred by our insurance (Liberty Mutual) to Austin Southwest Roofing as their preferred vendor, and we can totally see why! The team was super responsive to our claim and was able to professionally replace our roof MONTHS in advance of others in our neighborhood that had started the process at the same time as us. The inspection process was easy and informative. JT walked me through what he had found and followed up on details such as if we wanted to reinstall the sat. dish (we didn't, so less holes in the new roof). I can't speak to changes or followup service, but mostly because we haven't had any leaks or issues! Services: Roof repair, Roof installation, Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof inspection

Austin Southwest Roofing is a excellent company. Their responsiveness to my questions was excellent. They kept us informed throughout the entire process. The end result is a beautiful roof. I am still noticing little things they did that demonstrate excellent quality and attention to detail. My neighbors are stopping by commenting on how great the roof looks. Thanks ASW!!

If you have ever been nervous about contacting a company to do work on your roof because you didn't know if they were trustworthy, professional, high quality, and fair priced....DON'T BE!! Shane and his team are better than advertised. They delivered on every aspect of the job that you would need from them....I won't use anybody but Austin Southwest Roofing ever again (on my home residence, or my rentals). Thanks Shane!!!
