Karl, Kevin and their team completed a remodel of our home which included all new windows and siding, fixing a leaking roof, completely rebuilding our garage and constructing an amazing pavilion/pergola with steel support beams and a metal roof. We love the finished product! More importantly they were thoughtful, professional and their quality of work was outstanding. Balcones Roofing did a total roof replacement mid-June --- after MANY visits with the insurance adjusters sent out. I thank Karl for following up diligently with the claims adjuster to make sure it was covered. Even though they thought it might take 1.5 days due to the heat, his excellent crew finished in a single day. The yard & flowerbeds were swept repeatedly with magnets because we have dogs. We are so happy with our beautiful new roof!!! The owner is very knowledgeable and responsive, the install was super fast and expertly done, and the entire team was communicative, professional and very efficient. Our roof and gutters look really spectacular, and we are really happy with the final product performance and available warranties. Even down to the flashing - their team was great at paying attention to details and making sure the final install was seamless and will perform well over time. These guys are problem solvers, and took the time to research and execute unique solutions to our particular problems with our roofline. The owner took extra time to walk the property several times personally and fixed any cosmetic touch ups at the end of the job to make sure we were 100% happy. They also checked thoroughly for loose nails lying around which I have heard is an issue with other roofing companies. Love these guys!
