Martin and Lee are more than AC & Heating specialists. They were recommended to us to repair a hole in our ceiling and we couldn’t be happier with their work. They were able to come out within 24 hours of calling them and, when they came, they were both very polite, professional, & honest in their communication with me. The repair was done efficiently & we are so impressed with the quality of the work. You’d never know there was a hole in our ceiling! Martin was very professional and prompt. Upon seeing the AC unit it seemed he had an answer within a few minutes on what was wrong. He spent a good amount of time taking care of the issue and quickly reached back out to let me know everything was good. Best of all was that Martin was very open and communicative about talking about the issue and the solution and how to maintain the unit so that the issue wouldn’t happen again in the future.
