I called and got many quotes from companies in the area. Blue star has the best pricing available! They offered me next day service as well. Being the busy season for A/C malfunction I didnt expect to receive next day service but was pleasantly surprised! “LOOK NO FURTHER!” I could cry. You have to hire them! Emmanuel was clearly raised to be thorough in his work, quick to find the problem/solution, and very respectable and kind! I didn’t expect to get same day service for our tenants, but we did! He arrived hours before his expected ETA, which tells me he knows how to allocate his time. Emmanuel and his father were very professional. They worked around my schedule, and were incredibly thorough in assessing the issue with our A/C unit, running multiple tests to be sure they were certain of why the machine was failing. They took the time to make sure we understood why the A/C wasn't working, and what they were going to do to fix it. Every step of the process we felt comfortable that we were being treated fairly, we never felt pressured to make a decision. I would absolutely recommend Emmanuel and the guys to anyone I know. It's the first time in a long time I've felt 100% good about a big job done at the house.
