Texas Cool Roofing & Waterproofing

We had a leak at our business that did some minor ceiling damage. I called around to get estimates and the first one was with Texas Cool Roofing and Waterproofing. I expected to get raked over the coals as we are a business and needed the repair immediately! Cody Bartlett was the tech that came out to access the damage and said he would get on roof and then email me an estimate. I never got the estimate or a bill!!! He repaired the roof(said it was very minor) and did NOT CHARGE us a penny!! What a wonderful company!!! They are now our only roof repair company, no need for estimates from anyone else, they are honest and went out of their way to help us, I highly recommend giving them a try if you need roof work and making them your first call!! Today I met with Denny Satterfield. What a breath of fresh air this guy is. He listened to my nightmare story of our roof replacement 3 years ago. He got on the roof and calked some areas he found. I insisted I owed him something, but he said he did not feel right paying for what he did. I mean.....WOW! Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE! He was gracious enough to take a cold water from me when I offered it to him. Texas Cool Roofing has earned our business from here onward. Next roof replacement, this is the superb stellar company we will go with. No questions asked with the call and impression they mad on me today. Highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone! Unprofessional and Overpriced! Had several companies come out at the same time through Yelp search for my roof. One Texas Cool Roof reps, Denny, came out and said he’d tarp the roof and wait on response from Insurance to give us a quote. Once I got the insurance info, I sent it to him along with a few other companies. Texas Cool Roof was way over priced compared to the other four estimates. 2K for the cheap material roof and 4k over for the upgraded material roof. I was still leaning and willing to give it to Texas Cool Roof but when I asked if they could do any better on their estimate this dude goes off on me through email. He did a complete 360 on us and within his novel of a response he threatened me and other companies of committing fraud and if caught I was going to go to jail and pay a fine through a punishable offense. He also said that all other companies in Austin used guys from Home Depot. This helped me decide to go with another company as I never said anything about trying
