Britton Service Group

Our AC unit stopped functioning and running cool air through the house. We called Britton at 7:30pm on a Sunday evening and they had someone available to help the next morning. John showed up right on time, was polite, professional, and helped explain what was going on with our system. He answered all of my questions and did a great job. I want to start off by saying that my experience with Britton has been excellent. I submitted a question during the weekend not expecting to hear anything until the following business day but instead within an hour John called me personally to address my question and get me set up with the soonest appointment they had available. John also was the technician who came by my house and checked my system. I was very impressed with his patience while I explained my concerns with my current HVAC system and how he took the time to explain the options available to me as well as getting me an estimated quote within a few minutes. This is the third air conditioner we've purchased from Britton Service Group (for 2 different houses) and we've been happy with all three. For this one, it was to replace our 17 year old downstairs unit. Jon Britton came out and did a great job talking me through all our options and answering our questions. They were able to get our installation done right away by his very professional installers. Everything came out perfect. And just like the last two times, he had the best price by far of all the bids we got. Highly recommended.
