We had our AC stop blowing cold air in the middle of last night. We woke up grouchy and hot! We called Grande Air Solutions and they came within a couple of hours the same day. The tech was fast, friendly and get our AC repair done within 20 minutes! We are cooled off and couldn't be more happy with our service. Thanks Grande Air Solutions for our AC repair in Austin! ????
I called at noon on Sunday and left a message that my AC wasn’t working and within 10 minutes Jessica called me back and arranged a same day service appointment for 3-5pm. By 2pm Jaime Ortega, technician, called to say that he would be arriving within 30 minutes and asked if that would be okay. I welcomed him to come on to my home. He immediately addressed all issues, explained the issue with my unit and answered all questions. Jaime repaired my unit and did not leave until the house was cooling efficiently! I recommend Grande because of their response time, quality of work, and the professionalism of their staff. I will be signing up for their maintenance plan because Grande is a I know I can rely upon.
