The plumber was professional and efficient. He gave me several options at different price points. He thoroughly explained his job after completing it. During our conversation, he shared how much he loves working for B-Q. He said they have excellent benefits, pay, and ongoing training. I’d rather pay a little more to do business with a reliable company who values its team than to save money with a company that doesn’t treat employees well.

Pete and his helper came on time for my water heater install. They did a superb job. Would recommend them for anyone that needs plumbing work done.

i would like to thank Kurt and Willie for an terrifc task on providing me with efficient insulation on my doors air vents. They even inspected my furnace and water heater. They were professional with they're appearance and language. They wiped their feet time upon entering my home. They were fast but thorough. They made sure I understood what they were doing as they were going through the steps. 5 + stars for these 2 professionals. I just graduated HVAC and they even advise I should apply for an opening.
