Fox Service Company

From start to finish, my experience with Fox has been stellar. Their salesperson, Devan, arrived as expected, talked through his thinking on the options we had (our A/C died mid-summer - yikes!), helped us make the best choice that suited us. Then Jose and Luis arrived NEXT day, absolutely incredible given the heat wave and how busy every service provider must be. They worked a 10+ hour day, had us running before they left, and returned the next morning to fine-tune things. Then the QC check arrived a few hours later to ensure everything was installed as expected. An amazing experience all around!

They were the only company that could see us today to fix our AC. I was given an estimate of 8-9 pm, but received a text saying that Paul Warburton was on his way 4 HOURS EARLY. Yes! We've had time for our house to cool back down before bed! Very grateful for their quick and professional service in these 100+ temps! My husband (Tim) mostly dealt with Paul, but said he was great. He was respectful and patient with Tim's questions, explaining everything. Thank you so much!

Fox Service was great. I would highly recommend them to others. Jose Castelan was wonderful. He was very friendly and professional and explained to me everything they were doing. They installed a new HVAC system. They laid down tarps to protect my floors as they hauled equipment in and out, and did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. Jose is just a nice person to be around. I hope Fox sends him back for routine maintenance or if I have any problems.
