Every time I have had precision come out they seem honest and kind and do a great job. They seem to want to take care of their customers and it’s nice to feel that way especially when you’re in a spot of crisis that can easily be taken advantage of. I recently called for weekend after hours for our air conditioner that stopped working correctly. The first person I spoke to took my information and told me that their on call tech would be notified and would call back shortly. This was at 5am'ish. I called back at 10am and spoke to another person and said I called earlier and was informed that I would get a call from their tech and haven't heard from them. This person apologized and took my information again and verified our issue again. She said she would notify the tech and have them call me back. This person was very professional. I got a call from what sounded like the first person I called. I said hello, and she responded with "this is Precision, you called again? Why? " It was a borderline rude tone, but the question was in my opinion uncalled for. I responded that I was informed that a tech would contact me shortly to get more info. She just responded with " they will call." She said something else but I did not like her tone

Precision (Fox) was very helpful when reviewing our HVAC system. They suggested we replace our air scrubber with a higher quality HALO and though they had a sale going on, they were not pushy about it. We took several days to consider and called them back.
