This business responds on time. I was looking to check and change a toilet valve, and they came the next day, good! The only upsetting issue was the price. I was told that the hour labor was $121 plus $30 for materials when I called. The team came and worked for 30 min. Then, I received an invoice for $165 for one hour labor, plus $30 materials, plus taxes, plus $3.75 fee for using credit card. I had to call and ask for the original price that I was told l, the person on the phone was insisting that the minimum is an hour labor for $165. Since I insisted the changed the price to a just one hour labor minimum of 125 plus materials. I went there to drop a check and save some dollars for using the credit card. The plummer was very kind and fast, not a problem with the service. Just watch out and be sure what the final price you will pay and avoid any "missunderstanding"

I am very pleased with the services that Indigo provided! We had a freak accident where our bathtub wouldn’t shut off so we had to turn off the water to the entire house, mind you, it’s summer and we have sweaty kids who need baths!
