JASB Roofing & Exterior Remodeling

I hired JASB for exterior trim replacement, repainting, and installation of new gutters around the house. They inspected the roof as well, but determined that it was still in good shape and didn't need any work done. Audie and his team were excellent. Everyone was professional and seemed to be experienced craftsmen that took pride in their work. They'll be my first call if I need any more exterior work done. So rude. Made an appointment for an estimate as me and my husband are gathering information to make a decision on siding providers. The man-who was very grumpy when I made the appointment anyway-called me the day of the appointment to tell me I should wait until my desired project time to get an estimate. After I told him if my time frame didn’t work for him, I’d find someone else, he hung up on me. There are literally thousands of siding companies in Austin and one does not have to put up with rude pushy people. HUGE red flag.
