We couldn’t be more pleased with our recent experience with Roof Monkey. They provided an excellent product and service. Once our insurance claim was approved, Roof Monkey started and completed our project in a short time. The shingles were delivered one day, and the next day, Roof Monkey was putting them up. Roof Monkey quality control was first-rate as well. When the shingles were being installed, the roofing crew and Harold (on site project manager), noticed several packets of subpar shingles. Instead of continuing the job and putting up poor quality materials, Roof Monkey immediately called the manufacturing representative and new shingles were delivered the next day.
