We had an excellent experience with the Roofer Direct team. I first contacted them based on Angie's List reviews and they did everything they said they would do, by when they said they'd do it. My (large) insurance company raved about them -- they helped us with the initial claim, kept me up to date on what was happening, and even showed up to help the adjuster with a harness to get on the roof so they could detail all of the issues for insurance company records/photos and prevent any misunderstandings (which they did!). They worked with me on what materials I wanted and we got top-quality products. The team showed up in force and had the roof off and on IN ONE DAY. The estimate was much cleaner and when they did their job it was done well, and made sure that the issues with the deductible were documented in the final tally. Roofer Direct replaced our roof after hurricane Laura - Austin was great to work with, responded to my calls and got me all of required documents for my mortgage company to release the funds. They did not require any upfront money and did not require payment until I received the funds from my mortgage company - which was actually about 2 weeks after the roof was installed. They showed up when they said they would, actually about a week earlier than was scheduled. Yard was picked up and cleaned of all the roofing debris. Would definitely recommend! Very pleasant and professional owner (Scott) and salesman (Jay). I will recommend them over anyone. Very high quality roof replacement and clean up. The best part was this was a “handshake “ deal. Very honest and timely. Hard to find honest and trustworthy roofing companies. Give them a call before the street peddler roofing companies start knocking on your door.
