From start to finish, the team has been excellent. Tony Parker, my first point of contact was prompt and helpful and was always available to answer questions and keep things moving. His sub-contractor selection was excellent. So good, in fact, that I have since used one of his subs on additional projects in my home. Jay, the project manager, was always the first one there and the last one to leave. I witnessed him on several occasions, picking up trash and nails. Even when we had some issues, the whole team was easy to work with and reasonable. They were expert at navigating and explaining the insurance process and helped make a difficult situation easier. While my neighbors waited and struggled to get their homes repaired, we had our project all wrapped up. Thanks guys! Roofer Direct replaced our roof after hurricane Laura - Austin was great to work with, responded to my calls and got me all of required documents for my mortgage company to release the funds. They did not require any upfront money and did not require payment until I received the funds from my mortgage company - which was actually about 2 weeks after the roof was installed. They showed up when they said they would, actually about a week earlier than was scheduled. Yard was picked up and cleaned of all the roofing debris. Would definitely recommend! Very pleasant and professional owner (Scott) and salesman (Jay). I will recommend them over anyone. Very high quality roof replacement and clean up. The best part was this was a “handshake “ deal. Very honest and timely. Hard to find honest and trustworthy roofing companies. Give them a call before the street peddler roofing companies start knocking on your door.
