He met with the insurance company on our behalf and got them to change their initial offer of a partial repair to a full replacement. Jason came over after the recent winter storm and did a very thorough assessment of our situation and discussion of the needed repairs. It was extremely helpful not only in helping us determine the direction in which we needed to go, but was even more helpful with the adjuster from the insurance company who visited a few days later. The adjuster's estimate came in very close to Jason's, with only a few very minor differences. Thus, Jason's very thorough work was instrumental in ensuring that the insurance company would cover all of our damages. We are very pleased. We called Oakwood after sustaining wind damage to our roof. Many people within our HOA had recommended them, and I'm glad they did. Not only was the wait time for a visit more reasonable than other options, but the service was terrific. Jason thoroughly inspected the damage and the rest of the roof before providing a detailed review of his findings and a very fair quote.
