Smart Air Cooling and Heating

I will recommend everyone I know to Smart Air! Our AC went out during a heat wave and many HVAC companies simply stopped answering their phones or returning calls due to the high volume of requests. Smart Air, on the other hand, answered on the first ring and had a tech out within a day! They scheduled an after-hours appointment for us (LOVE that they offer these), but had a cancellation ahead of us so went ahead and sent tech, Austin, out early. Austin was super friendly, knowledgeable, and QUICK. He had all of the parts on him and was able to fix everything within ~2 hours. He even followed up with an email containing pictures of all of his repairs. Great service all around!

This was my first time using smart air, and experience overall was great. Jackie answered all my questions on the phone and was able to get me an appointment relativity quickly considering it's the middle of the summer. Originally the technician was supposed to come between 8-12, ideally around 11 am. They're also supposed to give a courtesy call 20-30 min before they arrive. I was a bit annoyed that I hadn't heard from anyone all morning, and it was 5 minutes to 12, so I gave them a call. Jackie quickly replied to my call and let me know that the technician got held up. Within minutes Jacob was calling me to let me know he would be there in 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job explaining everything and answered all of our questions. We were very happy with how things turned out, and are looking forward to having them back in a few months to get us ready for the winter!

We had an urgent issue, and Smart Air was able to get someone out sooner than expected. You deal with them directly, and they are happy to connect you to a tech on the phone without jumping through hoops. Other HVAC companies I tried required creating an account before they could even tell me when someone would be available. I will only go to Smart Air from now on. Service: A/C system repair
