Smart Air Cooling and Heating

Smart Air installed our unit in 2010 and we can recommend them without reservation. We have no complaints about any of different service people who have come to our home over the years, but I believe that Chase, who came today, was really in a class by himself in terms of communicating well and inspiring confidence in his expertise.

We had an urgent issue, and Smart Air was able to get someone out sooner than expected. You deal with them directly, and they are happy to connect you to a tech on the phone without jumping through hoops. Other HVAC companies I tried required creating an account before they could even tell me when someone would be available. I will only go to Smart Air from now on. Service: A/C system repair

Nothing but good experiences with Smart Air. We’ve used them for service as well as new A/C / Heating installation and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Everything is spelled out clearly in black and white as well as explained thoroughly and any “issues” are promptly addressed. Special shout out to Ambrose for being super detailed oriented. I appreciate that as some who notices the finer details and can really appreciate when a company and their reps do as well. This is what separates the amateurs from the pros.
