From the first knock on the door by Matthew Cole to the entire process including the insurance claim, choosing roofing material and colors through installation and payment. Everything went smoothly. Andrew Schleicher prepared us for each of the steps and it all went according to plan! We even added a metal accent last minute and LOA pulled it off beautifully. I just finished my roof replacement yesterday, Monday September 11, 2023, and like to express my experience with LOA Construction and Austin Roofing Company. First of all, Construction Team and Project Manager, Will Christensen, did excellent communication and finished roof replacement job professionally in one day. I am very happy with my new roof and sharing my great experiences with my neighbors. LOA Construction and Austin Roofing Company did not just replace my roof, but they helped me get through issues with Insurance Company. Since my roof was about 15 years old, it was difficult to convince Insurance Company regarding Hail Damage occurred several months ago, but Will Christensen and his company helped me out to get the Insurance claim smoothly. Again, I appreciate help from LOA to get through road blocks with Insurance company and performed great job. JOB WELL DONE!!! Thanks.
Working with Kevin from LOA was a great experience! I needed my roof immediately! My insurance company was trying to non renew simply due to the age of my home. They gave me no time. Kevin and the LOA team worked so quickly and had my roof installed the next day. They were very professional, did a great job cleaning up after and picking up most all the nails. Highly recommended!
