Everyone involved paid attention to my needs and desires and they were honed in on the details to make sure what they did was correct and met my needs. The entire experience was excellent. When I made first contact, Bill said just sit back and relax - he would take care of everything. He was right. He took care of everything from coordinating with the Insurance company to keeping me informed along the way. He sat down with me and went over every part of the contract to make sure I understood what his company would be doing. He also made sure I was aware of the costs and what part I was responsible for paying. When his crew showed up the were totally businesslike.
