Our AC unit went down at 2 in the morning and the next day after calling over 20 companies, Rich’s was able to get us in within 2 hours that same day! I explained to the sweet lady that we have a 6 month old baby and she was able to fit us in right away! The gentleman that came out was extremely professional and very kind. Augusto and Manny did a fantastic job getting us back up and running with another 105 degree day on top of us. They took care of warranty work with Lennox and had a blower motor installed in less than 24 hours! Great guys and kept me informed at all times. Jessica got them to come out within a couple of hours of my call, which made all the difference and ,also, rescheduling them to come back to install the part. If you’re not doing business with Rich Services you should be. I’ll have them back out for checkups in the spring and fall.
