Great experience with Air Concepts! They sent a guy out the next day (Jason). I was worried he was going to try to upsell me on newer equipment, but ours just required a fan motor replacement, which was very reasonable for parts and labor. I am confident we got an honest and well-priced repair. Julie, the office staff member, was also responsive in sending our invoice and keeping me updated on status of repair. Without going into too much detail, the Owner listened to my issues and concerns, addressed them professionally and attacked the problem head-on without hesitation or issue.
