Wilfred with Air Concepts is my new go-to HVAC guy! We own a rental property since 2020 and our compressor was overheating and locking up and was 15 years old. It was time. Wilfred quickly replied back a quote, time frame of job completion and price. High quality parts and very reasonable labor- all in was the lowest of the 3 quotes I got! I will no longer use the other guys in town (after charging me $300 for splashing water on the compressor, spending about 15-30 mins total and telling me I need a new unit- but that's an another story). Air Concepts team arrived the next day and spent the whole day replacing the unit - we are happy! The new unit runs like a dream and cools really well! We are so thrilled with the level of service and quality! 5 stars for Air Concepts!

Air Concept really showed professional integrity with my situation. Without going into too much detail, the Owner listened to my issues and concerns, addressed them professionally and attacked the problem head-on without hesitation or issue. The tech that was sent out on my call, Aaron was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. In the end, all issues were addressed and repaired properly. I am not affiliated with this company in any way, but as a business owner, I know when a company operates with integrity and character, it is too often not made public. So glad we found this company. They have repair both our AC and our heater over the past few years. Each time we've feared the worst only to have them come out, fix it, charge us a fair price. Our technician Markeith is topnotch. He knows his business thoroughly and is size up the problem and fix it in no time flat. Today they worked us in for our heater which was thoroughly appreciated since more cold weather is expected. Can't say enough about this company! Service: HVAC system repair
